We will do our very best to make your weekend as great as possible and that you get what you expect. So let’s be sure we agree on the expectations! Some things we want to get straight from the start:

We can’t guarantee that you will get a private class with your teacher of first choice. If everybody wants a private from the same teacher, that is going to be impossible. See private class scheduling procedure to see how the private class scheduling will take place.

The festival schedule might be modified: in case the teacher’s flight is canceled, in case of his/her illness or injury. The schedule or the teacher of your class might be changed. No refund will be issued in this case.

We are not responsible for any personal damage or loss during the event. Keep an eye on your belongings.

We cannot be held liable for any physical injuries incurred during any of the workshops or parties.We cannot be held responsible in case your flight or train is canceled for whatever reason. No refund will be issued in this case.

We cannot be held responsible in case of your illness or injury before the event. No refund will be issued in this case.

By participation, you agree to do your best to make this weekend pleasant for yourself as well as others. We expect you to respect other people’s boundaries, and we have the right to expel you from any activity if you misbehave in any way.

Cancellation policy

You get a full refund of the payments if you cancel more than 2 months before the event.

You get a 50% refund if you cancel more than 5 weeks before the event.

You get no refund if you cancel less than 5 weeks before the event.

You are welcome to find someone else to take your spot, make sure to notify the organization.
